so you have a question and it's 565 + 232 and you can't figure it out yet and you don't know what strategy to use. The simplest one is to use is standard written form like this and it's very simple

but if it's  1253
                +698
then it's different because here is how you do it now

         1861
 
so instead of it being 11 it's `1 because you carry the other number one to 5 which equals 6  then 6 plus 2 = 8 then you just leave the 1 and then you have the answer 1861 that is the end of my speech i hope you learnt something new or if i helped you bye

hi i am matias i am part Venezuelan my mum came to new Zealand and is fully Venezuelan but she likes to speak English sometimes. When i went to kindergarten i already knew about Venezuelan words. Here is a picture of the flag
